Task Force & Support
We provide short-term Task Force assignments ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months or longer, depending on your needs. Our experienced leaders live onsite (with lodging and meals provided by the hotel) and deliver immediate, hands-on support to keep your department or operation moving forward.
They focus on service excellence, associate coaching, and maintaining momentum, preventing stagnation or loss of progress during transitions. We also assist with onboarding your new permanent hire as needed.
Many of our Task Force engagements naturally evolve into permanent placement opportunities when the fit is right.
Openings &
Renovations
Assist in getting your operation up and running by providing guidance with training, setting procedures, department organization and mock trial runs. Our goal is to set the foundation for an efficient operation with a strong service culture. We will conduct daily gatherings with leadership/contractors to ensure progress is being made and everyone is working towards the same goals.
Consulting
Use of experience and knowledge of the industry to evaluate your restaurant or hotel food & beverage operation and make sound decisions on staffing models, food and beverage costs, operational layout, menu designs and environment. We can also assist in effective training methods for service staff.
